ROWLLER EXTENDS THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OF SIGMA TO THE PURCHASER OF SIGMA
LIMITED ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY:
ROWLLER., LLC PRODUCTS AND ITS PARTS ARE WARRANTED AGAINST MANUFACTURER DEFECTS FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THE O-SPRINGS THAT ARE RESPONSBILE OF THE LATCHING MECHANISM ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THE LIMITED WAARANTY ONLY COVERS THE ITEMS LISTED ABOVE FOR THE SPECIFIED PERIOD. CONSUMER NEEDS TO PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE WITH ANY WARRANTY CLAIM.
Damages to rowller’s products that are caused by reason not related to part(s) defects are excluded fro this limited warranty. In addition, damages from ordinart tear & wear are not included in this limited warranty
VOIDING OF LIMITED WARRANTY:
Failure in using Rowller’s products according to rowller’s instructions and warnings will void this limited warranty.
The only remedy under this limited warranty is replacement or repair of the part or product that is being defective. Replacement or repair means that rowlle will provide the labor and material necessary to replace or repair the deffective part or product.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:

The warranty mentioned in this document is the only warranty on rowller’s products. Rowller makes no other warranty of any other type.
Rowller., LLC and its clietns expressly agree that replacement or repair of the defective part(s) or defective product is the only remedy of consumer.
NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
Rowller., LLC assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, loss related to property, loss of revenue, loss of time, loss of, or any other economic loss.

INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
Rowller., LLC and its clients agree to submit to mediation to resolve any warranty disputes.
The laws of the state of Texas will govern this limited warranty.
